Vinecology Winter Quarter Meetings

Hi everyone!

Spring is springing and the birds are singing and I would love to see you all this weekend for 2 hours to finish up the winter work at the Student Farm's organic vineyard! The Student Farm on campus has an organic table grape vineyard. The Vinecology graduate group has taken it under it's wing. We are planning a work party this weekend. Would you be interested in practicing your vineyard skills? All we need to do is tighten wires, install new cross arms and tie up some canes. All this could get done in one 2-hour period with enough hands. Plus, the more the merrier!

From campus, go West on Hutchinson Dr. Go across La Rue on Hutchinson. Take a right on Extension Center Dr. (Rec. Pool) Take Extension center Dr. past The UC Davis Extension Orchard Park Center, vineyard is on the right behind the walnut trees.
